Launch
- Once the site has been approved by the client, the project manager will work with the project lead to prepare the site for deployment.
- Send client IT contact details regarding how to repoint their DNS and validate SSL.
- Confirm site has launched, site is working, etc.
- Complete the post-launch checklist items.

Post Launch
- Add any client feedback to the trello board and inform the project lead.
- Work with project team to refine site until all goals are being met.
- Schedule a time to train the client on using the CMS to update their site.
- Show client how to send in support requests using web@traveltripper.com.
- Send handoff email to assigned digital strategy manager.
