Launch

  1. Once the site has been approved by the client, the project manager will work with the project lead to prepare the site for deployment.
  2. Send client IT contact details regarding how to repoint their DNS and validate SSL.
  3. Confirm site has launched, site is working, etc.
  4. Complete the post-launch checklist items.

Post Launch

  1. Add any client feedback to the trello board and inform the project lead.
  2. Work with project team to refine site until all goals are being met.
  3. Schedule a time to train the client on using the CMS to update their site.
  4. Show client how to send in support requests using web@traveltripper.com.
  5. Send handoff email to assigned digital strategy manager.
