Website Design

  1. The project manager will review the Kickoff Agenda with the designer and decide on a plan of attack for each pages design.
  2. The designer will share designs with the developers for review and feedback and then integrate feedback.
  3. The project manager will send designs to the client for review with a note regarding timelines for feedback.
  4. The designer will work the project manager to integrate final design feedback from the client.
  5. After receiving final copy from the content team the designer will package up the design for development handoff and upload to the trello board. This includes:
    • Design files
    • Assets
    • Images
    • Documentation
  6. The project manager will inform the developers that the handoff is ready.
